FAQ Q. How long does it take for the signups to start? A. Depending on order loads, it may take up to 4 business days from the time we receive your payment for your order to be submitted. This is the first step in processing your order - allow an additional 3 to 7 business days before your order has been edited and assigned it's first distribution. Once your orders queuing begins, signups start almost immediately. Q. What rate of signups can I expect per day? A. The daily rate
of signups each order receives depends on several factors. The
number of signups for the link - larger orders take longer to
fulfill. The number of targeting parameters the link is assigned
- the more targeted the order, the longer the order takes to
fulfill. The link may have to be reassigned several times if not
enough members qualify to visit the link. As each reassignment
takes approximately one week to distribute, this can add
considerable time to completing the signups for the link. Member
response to your opportunity (link) - the appeal of your
opportunity has a bearing on the time your order will take to
complete as less popular sites may take more than one assignment
of members to complete.. Over campaigned sites / programs - with
prominent sites and programs, it's possible to reach a point
where too many reassignments are necessary to fulfill orders.
The length each order takes to receive enough signups to fulfill
the order increases until it is no longer possible to accept
orders until the membership increases enough to begin accepting
orders again. The above conditions will vary order completion
greatly - from 7-14 days on smaller orders with light targeting
to several weeks on orders with heavy targeting to weeks or
months on large orders. Daily signup rates will usually average
70-90 per day on highly targeted orders and 10-30 per day on
orders with more extensive targeting. Q. My campaign is targeted, why am I getting foreigners? A. This is very normal in any campaigns. When your campaign is put out to members, there is no stopping other people from coming in, even if they are NOT intended for your program. Do what you like with them. Treat them as invalids, bonuses or even delete them if you wish but don't count them! We will keep sending signups until you have receive all that you paid for. Q. My campaign has started but I'm not getting any signups! What should I do? A. You must inform us when your campaign is not getting signups or stopped getting them for more than a week. That is very important (in fact, it's VITAL!) in getting your campaign off the ground. When your campaign was issued to certain group of members, they might not be interested in joining your program (doesn't that happens to every program?). Inform us and we will send your program to other members who might be interested. PLEASE DO NOT START CRYING FOUL! Those who signed up are REAL people and REAL people choose what they want to join, we do not force anyone to join any programs. THEY ARE NOT SOME COMPUTER GENERATED NAMES!! Be patient and your campaign will complete. Q. What does the GUARANTEE cover? A. We will find enough people that wish to signup for your program / campaign - people that are contactable through email - to fulfill your order - GUARANTEED! Please Note: We do require that these people signup with a valid email to be counted as valid towards the order fulfillment. With database filtering it is possible, but not guaranteed, to reduce this to a very large % , however, it can change from order to order. Q. Do the people signing up receive payment for signing? A. Most of your new members will be people that are relatively new to the Web and are looking for ways to make extra income through the Internet. They join our database because we offer a small amount to perform click per action tasks such as visiting your link and signing up in your program. These are exactly the people you need to find for your program - people looking to make income from their homes on their computers. The filtering (targeting) we add to your order greatly reduces the percentage of bogus / invalid signups usually associated with other paid to sign services. We have customers reporting as high a % of our signups upgrading after their contacting the signups with their welcome letters. By contacting them after they signup, you will find an eager market for your program as well. Q. Do you guarantee members upgrading or becoming a paid member? A. Although we can guarantee signups for your free program, we cannot guarantee that member who signed up will upgrade or become a paid member. This is a simple theory that applies to anyone selling a product, no one can guarantee a customer will buy. However, we go a step further and get members try out your program. If they are satisfied with it, most likely they will upgrade. Q. Do you track signups to my program as well? A. We track signups through a unique system of task questions. Each order goes through an editing stage where one of our editors visits your program and does a test signup. This ensures that the link is working correctly and allows the editor to see what will happen when the order is distributed to our members. This also gives the editor the information required to create a "task question" for that link. This question is then linked with that order and must be correctly answered by a member after signing up to your program in order to receive credit for the "task". We track the number of correctly answered questions for each link, this gives us an accurate signup count for each order. This information is accessed in case of a dispute between your signup stats and ours. In the case of vastly conflicting figures where your signup stats from your program disagree with the count on the number of correct signup question for the link, our count must determine the signups. For USA Only signups, there is no stats. Q. Is there a danger of getting accused of spam? A. Absolutely not! Your links are not sent out by email to our members - they access your links from their own member area in their browsers. Q. How will I know when my campaign starts? A. Part of our service includes access to our stats page. You receive a customer ID and will be able to check the stats of your order as well as the signup count we have for all your promotions you have through us! This gives you feedback on all activity on your campaigns, giving you daily information on a 24 hour basis. Q. How does the USA Only signups work? A. A specific splash page will be created for you. USA members will join through this page and will go straight to your downline. This premium service will complete within 30 days. Q. What is your refund policy? A. Refunds will only be given if a campaign has not started. Once it has started, we would have advertise it to various locations therefore no refunds will be given. If we guarantee you will get the number of signups you ordered, you WILL get that amount and often more. HOW ORDERS ARE COMPLETED
